do I order?
You can order on-line 24/7. If you would prefer to speak
to us in person, we are available Monday – Friday,
9:30-5, EST, at 770-772-9777. Or you can send us an

Do
you charge extra for embroidery or personalization?
All items ordered from Custom Stitches & Embroidery
include the embroidery up to 10,000 stitches. If a design
is over 10,000 stitches, the charge is $1 per 1000 stitches.
We can make most designs to fit your size requirements.
Typically most designs are under 10,000 stitches. If
you have a specific question, please email or call us.

What
about engraved items, is there an extra charge for those?
All your orders will include the engraving or monogramming.
Our china, soap, and cutting boards have a limit of
the number of letters. For instance, china is single
letter or a 3 letter monogram. Our soap and candles
can be engraved with single letter, 3 letter monogram,
or up to 8 letters on the soap. The cutting boards have
1 initial. |

What
is the minimum quantity I can order?
One! We can't do any better than that. We also offer
volume discounts. This means that you can order any
mix of product styles, colors, and sizes as long you
are having the same logo embroidered on them! The volume
discount is based on the number of items per order.

Can
I order items not on your web site?
Yes, if you don’t see an item that you’re
looking for, please call us or email us with your request.
We will make every effort to find the item you are needing.

What
about set up charges?
We don't make any charge to set up our machinery to
run your design, however there may be a fee for the
initial digitizing of that design when we first get
your artwork. Charges obviously vary according to the
size and complexity of the job. A typical left chest
corporate or club logo might run at $40-80. The best
thing is to contact us and find out. We will be happy
to provide you with an estimate before the digitization
process begins. |

What
payment methods do you accept?
Through our secure payment gateway we can accept Visa,
MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club, Discover.
Checks can be mailed to us, although that may delay
your order while we wait for clearance. Cash is also
very acceptable, but not in the mail, please! |

Is
my credit card information safe?
Once you reach the checkout stage on our site you are
transferred to our payment processor. Your credit card
details are safely dealt with on their SSL encrypted
servers with the most up to date security features available.
At no time does your confidential information pass to
us, or anyone else outside the banking system. We respect
your privacy and will only ask you for information needed
for your special gift. We promise to never use, sell
or make available any of your personal information to
any party. We do keep a log of email addresses of our
clients to inform you of specials and sales. At any
time, you want to be removed from the broadcasts, you
may contact us and we will immediately remove you from
the list of recipients. |

Can
I pay by check?
Send your personal check or money order to the address
below. Once we receive payment, your order will be processed
according to the normal time frames.

Do
you offer gift card enclosures?
Gift cards can be added to your order with a personalized
message from you at no additional charge. Please include
your message in the comments section of the check out
process. |

Do
you offer gift wrap?
Yes, we do offer gift bags, tissue, and ribbon for an
additional $4. |

When
will my order ship?
Typically, your order will be ready in a week to ten
business days and will ship by USPS Priority Mail with
delivery confirmation, taking about two days to arrive.
During special holidays, order could take a little longer.

Can
I place a Rush order?
If you need your order rushed, we will make every effort
to accommodate your needs. Please email us prior to
ordering your items. In addition, fill in the comments
section of the order process with “RUSH request”.
There may be a nominal fee for rush orders and we will
make every effort to get your items in the mail quickly,
however, once it leaves our hands, we can not guarantee
delivery. You will have the option to ship overnight
via USPS or Fed-Ex. |

What
are the costs for shipping and packing?
We offer USPS Priority Mail and USPS Express Mail as
our principal shipping methods. You are charged for
the actual shipping cost at the checkout stage, based
on your zip code and the weight of your order. There
are no inflated shipping costs and no charge for packing.
For example any order up to one pound weight costs just
$8 to ship within the US via Priority Mail. Large orders
may ship via UPS or FedEx. |

What
is your return policy?
We are proud to stand behind our products and our embroidery.
Our products are custom ordered and custom embroidered
and therefore cannot be returned. However, if you are
ever unhappy with the quality of any product, for any
reason, we will make it right. Please email or call
us and we resolve the issue with understanding and a
helpful attitude. |
