What type of artwork
do you need?
We can work with almost any type of artwork, although
the better the quality of the original the better the
results you can expect on the finished item. The simplest
way to get it to us is by e-mail. We accept file formats
such as .jpg, .bmp, .pdf, if in doubt send it anyway and
we'll see what we can do with it. There will be a one-time
set-up fee for converting your artwork to a sewable file,
this process is called digitizing. Once we receive your
artwork, we will provide you with an estimate for the
digitization process. After this is accomplished we will
be able to sew your artwork on most any item such as caps,
jackets, blankets, and shirts. |

How
about colors?
We have just about every color available. Or we can
choose for you. Once we have your colors selected we
will use the same shades on all future orders. You can
have up to 15 colors in any one design. |

What lettering fonts
can I choose from?
We have several ready made embroidery fonts to choose
from. However, not all are suited to typical left chest
or cap designs where small letters are required. We have
selected a few that work particularly well in these applications
- if you need something different then let us know. We
can also reproduce any TrueType font in your design but
there are extra digitizing costs for for this. We have
examples of some of the available fonts on this site. |

Will I see my design
before it is sewn out?
We can e-mail a scan of the design for your approval,
before we go into production. Alternatively, if you have
more time, we can mail a sample to you. There will be
a charge to sew out and mail a sample, please ask us for
specifics. |

How should
I care for my embroidered garment?
We generally use the best polyester thread which will
survive all normal washing and dry cleaning. Industrial
laundering and bleaching agents are fine, when used on
the entire garment, as is ironing with moderate heat (ideally
on the reverse side), through a cloth. Check the care
label though, as the base garment may not stand up to
the same degree of brutality as our embroidery does! |
